Who We Are
Aquarius Woman is an independent UK-based brand, operated by a sole trader. The products are custom-made and fulfilled via print-on-demand (POD) partners. This allows us to offer unique, made-to-order items while reducing waste.
Processing & Production Times
- All products are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for production before shipping.
- During high-demand periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately.

Customs, Import Duties & VAT
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, VAT, and local taxes. These charges are set by your country's customs office and are not covered by Aquarius Woman. You are responsible for any additional charges incurred.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available).
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipping confirmation.
- If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at info@aquariuswoman.co.uk with your order number.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
- All products are made-to-order and are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue at info@aquariuswoman.co.uk.
