Return Rules Summary
- Returns accepted within 30 days (for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items only).
- Customers must notify us of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
- No returns for incorrectly ordered items or change of mind (except for the EU 14-day cooling-off period).
- No restocking fee.
- Return shipping is FREE for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (covered up to £13.00).
Who We Are
Aquarius Woman is an independent UK-based brand, operated by a sole trader. As all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered items or change-of-mind purchases—except as required by EU consumer law.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns for items that are:
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to a manufacturing defect or shipping issue.
- Reported to us within 7 days of delivery via the Returns Form or by emailing info@aquariuswoman.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Incorrectly Ordered Items & Custom Products
All items are made-to-order; therefore, returns are NOT accepted for incorrect sizes, colours, or designs. Please double-check all order details before purchasing.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, and without justification.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
This cooling-off period does not apply to:
- Personalised/custom-made items (as per EU law exemptions).
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Submit a Return Request
Fill out the Returns Form or email info@aquariuswoman.co.uk within 7 days of delivery (or 14 days for EU cooling-off period returns). Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
- A brief description of the problem
Approval & Return Instructions – We will review your request within 48 hours and provide return instructions if eligible.
Return Shipping Costs

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is FREE (covered up to £13.00).

For EU cooling-off period returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Processing & Resolution – Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 14 days.
Refund Process & Timeline
- Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account.
