Return requests must be submitted within:

• 7 days of delivery for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
• 14 days (EU customers only) under the EU cooling-off period (excludes custom items).

Important:

• Only faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for returns.
• Returns for incorrectly ordered items (wrong size, colour, or design) are not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
