From Darkness to Light - I Rise

Have you ever felt like you were trapped in the darkness, struggling to find your way out? I can relate, because I've been there too, more times than I can count. It's as if my inner light has a way of unsettling certain souls who'd rather see me stay confined to the depths, they once cast me into. Looking back, I realise that enduring those dark times has bestowed upon me a strength and wisdom that I could have gained no other way.

In our early years, when we find ourselves lost in the darkness, we quickly learn to hide our inner light, as if it's a secret we must protect. It's a message our inner child carries with us throughout our lifetime. But even in the darkest moments, we can't help but shine as brightly as we can. It's this light that often attracts the same energy from different people, each one dimming the radiance we carry within, each one pushing us further into the shadows, perhaps secretly hoping we'd never emerge.

These painful lessons forced me to confront myself, my actions, and most importantly, my own self-worth. It was in the depths, alone and afraid, that I had no choice but to embrace the wounded child within me who was screaming for me to stay down. The choice was clear: continue to struggle in the darkness or rise. I chose to rise.

Every time I emerged from the muck and felt the warmth of the sun on my face, the gentle breeze against my skin, I made a promise to myself: I would never allow myself to sink back into the depths. But life had different plans. Over the years, I've come to understand that it's in the darkness that we do our most transformative work. Each time I rise, it's more magnificent than the last.

Healing is a journey, not a destination. With this understanding, I embrace my ascent. When I rise, I shine as brightly as a golden lotus flower. And I share this message with all those who've known the darkness: you will rise too. It's okay to shine as brightly and vibrantly as you can; it's your mission.

So, if you're feeling like you're in the shadows right now, remember that even in the darkest moments, your inner light is still there, waiting for the opportunity to shine. Embrace the transformative power of your journey, just as I have, and let your light guide you from darkness to light. You have the strength to rise, and when you do, you'll shine as brilliantly as a golden lotus flower, sharing your vibrant light with the world.

As we journey to the conclusion, I want to express my profound gratitude for accompanying me this far. I trust that you've relished this brief narrative, each word imbued with the essence of my heart. Your presence here is a cherished gift, and I look forward to sharing more captivating tales with you in the days to come.
